What Incredible Is

Incredible is a health and fitness app. It turns Apple Health, Apple Watch, workout, sleep, overnight, and training data into personal insights.

The app is for general fitness, wellness, and personal reflection.

The AI Coach

Incredible includes an AI coach. Its answers are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a suggestion rather than an instruction, and check anything that matters.

The coach is not a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian, or therapist, and it is not a substitute for one. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent anything, and it is not an emergency tool. Never rely on it for a medical decision. If you have symptoms, an injury, a health concern, or any doubt about whether training is safe for you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country.

The coach can make changes in the app, such as editing your plan, your schedule, or the workout you are in. It proposes each change and nothing happens until you confirm it. It cannot record training you have not done.

The coach relies on a third-party provider, so it can be slow or unavailable. Use is subject to fair limits that we may adjust. We may also change how the coach works, or remove it entirely, at any time.

Not Medical Advice

Incredible is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or an emergency tool.

Health, fitness, and device data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Incredible for medical decisions. For symptoms, injuries, health concerns, or emergencies, contact a qualified clinician or emergency services.

This applies to everything the AI coach says.

Training Risk

You are responsible for how you train and recover. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or anything unsafe. Ask a qualified professional before making major changes to training, recovery, or health routines.

Health Permissions

Incredible works only with the permissions you grant. You can change Apple Health permissions at any time.

If you record or log certain activity, Incredible may write workouts, active energy, and sleep entries to Apple Health. You are responsible for reviewing and managing data in Apple Health.

Your Data

Your workouts, routines, plans, check-ins, settings, and imports are yours. You allow Incredible to store, process, display, and sync this data as needed to provide the app.

Optional Tips

Incredible is free. Any reward included with an optional tip is shown in the app before purchase. Tips do not buy tickets for the prize draw.

Tips are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment processing and refund requests. A tip supports the app, but it does not guarantee any future feature, update, or support response.

Referrals, Rewards and Prize Draws

Invite a friend lets you give Coach avatars to friends, earn rewards and enter prize draws. The app shows the available rewards, the friends needed to unlock them, the prize and the draw date. Rewards and tickets are earned only when the requirements in the rules are met. Winning a prize is not guaranteed.

Each ticket automatically enters you in that month's draw. No purchase is needed. Apple does not sponsor or run the draw.

If you take part, the referral and draw rules apply alongside these terms. Read them for the usage requirements, ticket limits, prize claims and fair-play rules. Referral data and prize delivery details are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Use Incredible lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use imports or exports in a way that violates someone else's rights.

Do not use the AI coach to produce harmful or unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with how it works.

App Changes And Apple Services

We may change, add, remove, or stop supporting features. Some features depend on Apple services, Apple Health data, iCloud, Apple Watch, device sensors, or operating-system support.

Your use of the App Store, Apple Health, HealthKit, iCloud, Apple Watch, StoreKit, notifications, and other Apple services is also governed by Apple's terms and settings.

Ownership

Incredible, including its design, code, name, writing, and app experience, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the app for personal use, but you may not copy, resell, or misuse it.

Disclaimers

Incredible is provided as is and as available. We work hard to make it useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to health decisions, training decisions, data errors, data loss, or unavailable services.

Some laws do not allow certain limits. In that case, those limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Ending Use

You can stop using Incredible at any time by deleting the app and changing any Apple Health, iCloud, or notification permissions you granted.

We may stop providing or supporting the app if needed, including for security, legal, or operational reasons.
