Terms of Service
These terms apply to the standalone Incredible website and public request board. Incredible is operated by Nucleon AS, Rostockgata 82, 0194 Oslo, Norway.
1. What these terms cover
They cover your use of the public marketing site, roadmap pages, and board submission flow. This fork does not include a public login, private dashboard, or admin tools.
2. Public board submissions
The board is public by design. Do not submit confidential information, credentials, payment data, health information, or personal data about someone else unless you have a clear right to share it.
- Request titles, descriptions, status, and dates may be shown publicly.
- We may edit, hide, merge, or remove submissions for clarity, safety, or abuse prevention.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.
3. Feedback license
You keep ownership of the content you submit, but by posting it you give us a non-exclusive right to store, display, reproduce, and use that feedback to review, prioritize, and improve the product.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit illegal, abusive, defamatory, or clearly deceptive content.
- Spam the board or attempt to overwhelm the submission flow.
- Probe, attack, or misuse the website or API.
- Impersonate other people or companies in follow-up fields.
5. Availability
We may update, pause, or remove parts of the site at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of submissions, or that every request will receive a response or be shipped.
6. No warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nucleon AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or board.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
