What a ticket does

A ticket is an entry in the prize draw. One ticket is picked at random from all tickets in that draw, and its owner wins. Each ticket has the same chance of being picked. More tickets give you more chances to win. The prize and draw date are shown under Invite a friend in the app.

Rewards you unlock

Friends who meet the usage requirement below also count toward the rewards shown in your app. Open Invite a friend, then Rewards, to see each reward and how many friends you need. Unlocking these rewards does not depend on winning the draw. Your reward progress does not reset each month. Friends still count toward rewards after you reach the monthly ticket limit.

When a friend counts

Share your invite code. Your friend can enter it during setup or later in Settings. They receive all Coach avatars when the code is accepted. They then need to use Incredible on three separate days within two weeks of entering the code. The days do not need to be in a row. Once they complete the third day, they count toward your rewards and automatically earn you one ticket, up to the monthly ticket limit. Each friend can earn you one ticket in total. Days are counted using server time in the time zone saved when your friend enters the code; changing the phone clock does not add days.

A friend who joins your challenge in Incredible uses your invite code by joining. They count once they have three separate days within 14 days of joining, or of the challenge's start if it had not started when they joined. The first of those days must be a day their challenge progress goes up. After that, a day counts if their challenge progress goes up or they open Incredible.

Each phone can use one invite code. It cannot have used another code before, and you cannot use your own code. Only genuine use counts. Self-referrals, fake devices and automated installs do not earn tickets or rewards. Tickets earned through misuse may be removed.

Ticket limits and draw date

You can earn up to 10 tickets each month. A referral ticket goes into the month when your friend completes the third day. Months follow Norwegian time (Europe/Oslo). The planned draw date is shown in the app and comes after that month ends. The organizer runs the random draw and approves its announcement. Results appear once announced. Tickets enter that month's draw only; they do not carry over to the next draw.

Automatic entry

Each ticket automatically enters you in that month's draw. No purchase is needed. Apple does not sponsor, endorse or run the draw.

If you win

If you win, we'll let you know in the app, with a message on Home and in Settings. You have 30 days from the announcement to claim your prize. Your prize page shows the deadline. If you do not claim in time, the organizer may run a replacement draw from the remaining eligible participants. Previous winners of that prize are excluded from the replacement draw. If nobody remains, that draw ends without an award. A new draw does not shorten an existing claim deadline. To send it, we ask for your name, delivery address, country and email. If shipping is not possible, an Apple gift card of the same value is offered instead.

Your privacy

The referral record contains a device identifier, your invite code, any code you entered, the number of days the app was used while an invite was pending, and your tickets and the time zone used to count days. It does not contain your date of birth or Apple Health data. If you win, your name, delivery address, country and email are deleted within 24 hours of the prize being marked as shipped. Program changes

We may change or end the program. Results of draws that have already taken place will still be honoured.
