Incredible shows sleep and overnight readings, recent training, workouts recorded today, and your optional check-in together as daily context. Movement and daytime Stress stay separate, and Blood Oxygen remains available as a separate vital.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

An Apple Watch is recommended for the best experience - it provides HRV, heart rate, and workout tracking data automatically. The strength training logger also works from your wrist. Without a Watch, Incredible can still use health data from other HealthKit sources.

Incredible uses Apple Health data you allow, such as workouts, activity, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, temperature, body measurements, mobility, daylight, and related fitness metrics. It may also use age and biological sex from Apple Health for heart-rate zones, app data you create, Apple Watch workout/dashboard data, and location only for sunrise and sunset times.

Fitness is training built over time from recorded workouts. It uses recorded cardio and strength workouts, and does not describe every aspect of your fitness or your whole day.

Yes. Incredible reads Apple Health data through HealthKit and processes it on your devices for Fitness, Training Load, sleep, vitals, and workout insights. We do not send Apple Health data to our servers or analytics providers, sell personal data, use health data for ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Do you collect any personal data?

There is no Incredible account. Supported app data may stay on your device or sync through Apple's private iCloud and CloudKit for your Apple ID. The app may send limited product analytics, such as launches, onboarding, Health access requested or skipped, selected tabs, and general interaction events, but not Apple Health values, workouts, derived health and training insights, screenshots, names, email addresses, or account IDs.
