What Incredible Is
Incredible is a health and fitness app. It turns Apple Health, Apple Watch, workout, sleep, recovery, and training data into personal insights.
The app is for general fitness, wellness, and personal reflection.
Not Medical Advice
Incredible is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or an emergency tool.
Health, fitness, and device data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Incredible for medical decisions. For symptoms, injuries, health concerns, or emergencies, contact a qualified clinician or emergency services.
Training Risk
You are responsible for how you train and recover. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or anything unsafe. Ask a qualified professional before making major changes to training, recovery, or health routines.
Health Permissions
Incredible works only with the permissions you grant. You can change Apple Health permissions at any time.
If you record or log certain activity, Incredible may write workouts, active energy, and sleep entries to Apple Health. You are responsible for reviewing and managing data in Apple Health.
Your Data
Your workouts, routines, plans, check-ins, settings, and imports are yours. You allow Incredible to store, process, display, and sync this data as needed to provide the app.

Optional Tips
Incredible is free. Optional tips do not unlock features, content, or services.
Tips are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment processing and refund requests. A tip supports the app, but it does not guarantee any future feature, update, or support response.
Acceptable Use
Use Incredible lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use imports or exports in a way that violates someone else's rights.
App Changes And Apple Services
We may change, add, remove, or stop supporting features. Some features depend on Apple services, Apple Health data, iCloud, Apple Watch, device sensors, or operating-system support.
Your use of the App Store, Apple Health, HealthKit, iCloud, Apple Watch, StoreKit, notifications, and other Apple services is also governed by Apple's terms and settings.
Ownership
Incredible, including its design, code, name, writing, and app experience, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the app for personal use, but you may not copy, resell, or misuse it.
Disclaimers
Incredible is provided as is and as available. We work hard to make it useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to health decisions, training decisions, data errors, data loss, or unavailable services.
Some laws do not allow certain limits. In that case, those limits apply only as far as the law allows.
Ending Use
You can stop using Incredible at any time by deleting the app and changing any Apple Health, iCloud, or notification permissions you granted.
We may stop providing or supporting the app if needed, including for security, legal, or operational reasons.
